Applicants for the position of Police Officer in the City of Madisonville must

  • be 21 years of age or older
  • be eligible to work in the United States
  • possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • possess a valid driver’s license
  • have a background as a law-abiding citizen

Copies of the applicant’s birth certificate, driver’s license, and diploma must be returned with the application. A copy of separation from service form DD214 should be included, if applicable.
